KKM AI CONCIERGE
Terms of Service
The rules for using Lighthouse to communicate with KK-Apartamenty about accommodation and guest services.
Last updated: 8 August 2026
1. Operator
Lighthouse is operated by:
KK-Apartamenty sp. z o.o.ul. Śląska 57
66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski
Poland
2. Service
Lighthouse is a communication and AI concierge service. It can answer questions, retrieve verified property information, check connected availability sources, prepare approved price calculations, collect booking details and route requests to an authorised human operator. Features may differ by channel and may change over time.
3. AI and verified information
AI helps understand messages and present information naturally. Business facts should be grounded in approved property knowledge or the relevant deterministic engine. Availability, a quotation, transfer availability, special request or booking is not confirmed unless Lighthouse or an authorised operator clearly states that confirmation has occurred. Individual decisions may require human approval.
4. Booking and third-party terms
These terms govern use of Lighthouse and do not replace the separate terms of an accommodation booking, payment provider, booking platform, Meta/Facebook or another third-party service. A conversation or quotation alone does not create a confirmed reservation.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Lighthouse lawfully and must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, harvest data, or use the service to abuse, threaten or defraud others.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Lighthouse available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Integrations, networks, databases or external platforms may be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend or modify the service for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.
7. Intellectual property
Lighthouse software, branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by unauthorised use, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or reliance on information that was expressly identified as unconfirmed or requiring third-party approval.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of Meta/Facebook conversation data are available at Data Deletion.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Questions may be sent in writing to the operator’s postal address above.
11. Updates
The current version and its update date are published on this page.
